As a certified instructor by the American School of Protocol in Atlanta, a native of Birmingham and a former owner of Design, Etc. (an interior design business) I bring more than 20 years of experience to my role as founder and president of Birmingham Etiquette & Protocol Academy. However, it’s my business-social savvy and personal passion for helping young minds that has led me to open the doors of my home to create this academy.

As a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church, I am actively involved in the Children’s Ministry. My extensive involvement in the Birmingham arts community has also given me the opportunity to instruct children in art classes at the YWCA and the Vestavia Community Center. In addition, I have served as community artist for Very Special Arts of Alabama.
